Villa Leonardo

Nexta Living presents Villa Leonardo, a spectacular luxury villa in Abama Resort designed by renowned architect Leonardo Omar. A contemporary architectural property, fully completed and exquisitely furnished, where design, privacy, comfort and ocean views come together in one of the most exclusive residential settings in southwest Tenerife.

The villa offers approximately 430 m² of built area on a 772 m² plot and features 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas, an infinity pool, tropical garden, large terraces, private lift, climate-controlled wine cellar, independent guest apartment and garage.

The main entrance is located on the ground floor, where an elegant entrance hall leads to the sleeping area. This level accommodates three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the tropical garden, providing privacy and a pleasant connection with the outdoor areas. Some of the bathrooms also feature outdoor bathtubs, creating unique spaces dedicated to relaxation.

A contemporary staircase and private lift connect the different levels of the villa and lead to the upper floor, where the heart of the home is located. The living room, dining area and high-end kitchen are integrated into a large, bright and contemporary open-plan space designed to maximise the views and maintain a seamless connection with the outdoors.

One of the standout features of this area is the elegant glass-enclosed, climate-controlled wine cellar, perfectly integrated into the interior design and particularly appealing to wine enthusiasts.

The living area opens directly onto a large terrace with an infinity pool, offering impressive panoramic views over Abama Resort and the Atlantic Ocean. The terrace also features an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, an al fresco dining area and several lounge spaces, creating a privileged setting in which to enjoy Tenerife's climate throughout the year.

The lower level completes the property with a spacious private garage, laundry area and an additional bathroom. This level also includes a fully independent guest apartment with its own kitchen, providing additional privacy and versatility for family members or guests.

Villa Leonardo is offered fully furnished, with high-end furniture, artwork and a carefully selected range of decorative elements that complement its architecture. The tropical garden surrounding the villa enhances privacy while creating a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Its location within the prestigious Abama Resort completes a property that brings together some of the most sought-after features in Tenerife's luxury real estate market: signature architecture, 4 en-suite bedrooms, infinity pool, sea views, tropical garden, spacious terraces, outdoor kitchen, climate-controlled wine cellar, private lift, independent guest apartment, garage and high-end furnishings.
